Royal Academy  Summer Show opens in London Monday June 8th 2015, & runs until August 16th.. With the opening of The R.A. Summer show whatever the weather,  we know the Summer has arrived, & the RA Show is a treat,.with Ascot, Henley & Wimbledon. The discussions as to whether the selection is “cool” or “rubbish” will animate newspaper columns et al……….We feature  here the RA Central Hall painted in grotto turquoise to highlight Mathew Darbyshires’s polycarbonate sculpture Doryphorus.
